CrossFit Games 2021 is nearing and many participants are excited. Other than the traditional CrossFit Games, events for women will be held. The competition for women

The women's competition at the 2021 Crossfit Games began this morning with the swim event. Jonne Koski and Tia-Clair Toomey Orr won the first event. Koski won the overall competition after maintaining her lead all the way. Tall and Eramo O'Connell finished second and third, respectively. It was the first Games event by women. The women's side wanted to complete the podium.

The field is full of top-level athletes in the women's competition. Nine athletes are represented in the field, including a young Australian powerhouse who won last year's competition. Kara Saunders, an Australian athlete who finished second in Australia in the team division and eleventh overall in 2020 is another contender. Another rising star is Andrea Nisler, who competed in the team division in 2018 and finished third in the United States and fifteenth overall in 2020. Pegboard competition at Crossfit Games 2021 was the first. The Games added it to their summer Olympic program, along with double-unders (dumbbell overhead squats) and pegboard. Toomey-Orr, who won 30 games events, holds the record of most wins in one Games event. Sager won Event 11 men's and received his third Games win. There were several ties in the contest, but Toomey-Orr's dominance was not enough to keep him out of the win.
